 EEG SPIKE DATA AS DESCRIBED IN NEURAL NETWORK PC TOOLS by Eberhart & Dobbins
 
 The nine input values are derived from a 1/4 second "SPIKE" event
 that is recorded on a single channel of
 an Electroencephalograph monitor.
  
 A team of neurologists were asked to classify each spike 
 as an epileptic event (True or False). 
 The file contains 100 TRUEs and 165 FALSEs; total 265 patterns
 The patterns are in random order.

 This project must be trained with SFAM.
 If you change TRUE,FALSE to 1,0 then it could be trained with BackProp.
